This is what you can optionally see when X-or boots. Usually, you would use this to tell you which synthesizers need to be manually set to receive sys- tem exclusive, etc. X-or is as automatic as possible, but some instruments revert to a state where system exclusive is disabled whenever power is turned off! Also, many instruments don't have a separate receive channel for system exclusive (otherwise known as Unit ID#, an intelligent addition to newer synths). If there is any chance that an instrument's System Ex- clusive Channel may have changed since your last X-or session, make a note to check the synth. In ED_SETUP, you may use the [Esc] key to erase this text, and enter your own Boot-up Reminders. Or, edit BOOTUP.TXT with the text editor of your choice - just be sure to save it as an un-formatted ASCII file.
